Secluded Oaks is capable of offering a wide variety of arrangements to make sure your event is configured just the way you envision.

We also offer lengthy time blocks to give you and your group the maximum time available to set up early and enjoy yourself.

Secluded Oaks rental packages include tables, chairs and white linens. Secluded Oaks will be responsible for the setup of tables and linens. The renter will be responsible for setting up chairs for the ceremony as well as the moving of chairs to the reception area. All other items brought in will need to be removed and all clean up done during the time period allotted for the rental.

Rentals for a full day occasion will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. All set up and clean up must be done during this time period. Up to two (2) additional hours can be purchased at the beginning of the day or the end of the day at a rate of $150/hour. The day before a wedding can be rented for decorating at a rate of $1000 per day for 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wedding rehearsals can be scheduled for a date prior to the occasion for a time period of 1 hour. If no other event is scheduled on the day before the wedding, the venue can be used at that time. However, there will be no guarantees for availability. A pre-scheduled time between Monday-Thursday can be scheduled and held at no additional charge.

Weddings of 50-250 people will have full use of the Secluded Oaks grounds including the house, apartment, outdoor kitchen, pole barn, new barn and yard. Smaller wedding packages will have use of the house and/or new barn and yard.

All rentals will require an additional $500 damage/clean up deposit in addition to the rental. This will be returned 2-4 weeks after the event if there is no damage or stolen property. All trash will need to be cleaned up, bagged and all trash bags placed in a location agreed upon prior to the event. All tables, chairs and linens will need to be inside the reception barn at the end of the event.  In the occurrence of damage or stolen property, the entire $500 damage deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will also be forfeited if renter and all guests have not vacated the property by the agreed upon time. If damage or stolen property exceeds the $500 amount, renter will be responsible for the total amount to replace or repair damage.

To reserve the venue for a full day event, a deposit of $1000 is required to hold the date. This will be non-refundable at 6 months or less prior to the date of the event. Either party can cancel the event up to the 6-month time period before the event with no liability to either party and the deposit will be returned. All money must be paid in full 90 days prior to the event. Event rental pricing does not include sales tax. A sales tax amount of 6.25% will be added to all fees incurred.

This package is for just the rental of the Secluded Oaks venue. We will set up tables and provide
white linens. The grounds and buildings are perfect enough that this may be all you need. Or bring your own touches and make it complete for you. White garden chairs are provided for you to set up for the ceremony.

Just a Little Bit Package

Just a Little Bit

This package includes the tables, chairs and white linens. We will also provide a “day of” wedding coordinator to help with supervision of the decorations, vendors and wedding party. The coordinator will have some things on hand (such as tape, boutonniere pins, corsage pins, needle/thread, serving knife) to take care of any quick fixes and help your day go smoothly. This does not include décor installation or removal or clean up after the event. We will have tables and linens set up. White garden chairs will be provided for you to set up for the ceremony.

The Whole Thing Package

The Whole Thing

With this package, all you have to do is show up! We provide the tables, chairs and white linens. Decorations for the tables, flowers for the wedding party, (bride, groom, 4 attendants,) a wedding and grooms cake, security guard(s), a D.J. playing your style of music, a “day of” wedding coordinator and a buffet styled catered meal. We have several choices for you to choose from for the style of flowers, cakes and food. This package is for the busy bride that wants to enjoy the day and not spend months deciding on the details. (This does not include a photographer or videographer).

This package is perfect for those wanting a special wedding experience without all the hassle and expense. You can choose to use either the house and yard, or the new barn. We will provide you with tables, chairs and linens as well as wedding punch, a small wedding cake, plates, cups, forks and napkins. You will have use of Secluded Oaks for 3 hours. This package is only available Sunday thru Thursday.

Secluded Oaks is available for company parties, wedding showers, baby showers, small get-togethers, game night, retreats and much more. We have tables and chairs available for these events. Non-wedding events can be booked Monday thru Thursday. Give us a call for availability and pricing. Monthly reoccurring rentals are also available.

Secluded Oaks non-wedding rental packages include tables and chairs. Secluded Oaks will be responsible for the set up and removal of tables and chairs. These will be placed in the appropriate location before the event. Non-wedding events will have use of the house and/or new barn and yard. These events will have use of the facilities for a maximum of 4 hours. Any event requiring the use of all buildings or a use of 6 or more hours will be charged at the wedding package rates.
