Policies at Secluded Oaks

- Only one event per day will be scheduled.

- The renter signing the rental agreement must be 21 years of age or older and must be present during the function.

- The renter is responsible for the removal of all items not belonging to Secluded Oaks and is responsible for leaving all buildings and grounds in their original condition.

- All trash must be cleaned up and placed in the appropriate trash receptacles provided by Secluded Oaks. Removing trash bags during the event is the responsibility of the renter.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas.

- No nails, screws, staples or tape may be used to hang decorations on walls, chairs or tables.

- No flower petals or sparklers are allowed inside the buildings. Sparklers (unless a burn ban is in effect) and flower petals are permitted outside. No rice or confetti is allowed inside or outside.

- All candles must be in glass containers.

- Secluded Oaks is not responsible for any items left behind after an event.

- Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of, as well as, the cost of any damage caused by participants, vendors or employees.
